a.energi potensial saat melompat

Ep = m.g.h

= 60kg.10m/s.6m

= 3600Joule

b.energi kinetik di pusat dan air

Ek = ½.m.v²

= ½.60kg.5m/s²

= ½.60kg.25m/s

= 30kg.25m/s

= 750joule

c. Enegi mekanik

EM = EP + EK

= 3.600joule + 750joule

= 4350joule
