there are steps how to do so. first you must love the language. second open your heart to it and the third, the more you practice the more you will get it. speak whatever you want to say, express it without being afraid of making any mistakes. i guarantee that soon you will be able to speak. 

Good Morning! How are you today? I hope you are in a good condition.
Today I'm gonna show you about how to be the first in the class
Have you ever dreamed to be the first rank in the class? If yes I have some tips
First, we must be a good student. be good to teacher and you will get "A" mark at attitude
Second, be a diligent student. This will also improve your learning as well
Third, never be ashamed for asking everything that you didn't know. Just ask it clearly and you'll get the answer
And last but not least, Study hard and don't forget to pray everyday.
