Coronavirus Desease 2019 or abbreviated  Covid 19 is a infectious diseases which is caused by SARS-CoV-2, one of type coronavirus. This disease first detected in Desember 2019 in Wuhan city, China. This disease initially exist in animals but, because there serving food whose animals are still alive so, that’s virus contagious to humans. To date 197.168 people are infected covid 19 in the world.

Symptoms of this disease are almost the same as the symptoms of flu, but there are different ,among them fever, dry cough, fatigue, sputum production, shortness of breath, muscle / joint pain, sore throat, headache, chills, nausea / vomiting, nasal congestion, diarrhea, coughing up blood, and conjunctival congestion. These symptoms are notified by the World Health Organization (WHO). The incubation period for this virus according to WHO for 1-14 days while according to the CDC for 2-14 days. This virus can survive in inanimate objects for 9 days if the ambient temperature is no more than 30 ° C and this virus cannot survive in the air.

The Indonesian government urges the public not to leave the house if it is not too important and to avoid crowds. Many medical staff are overwhelmed and hospital capacity is insufficient to accommodate patients. Our task is to reduce the epidemic curve so that it does not surge too much. In a way:

1) Don't leave the house.

2) Avoiding crowds.

3) Wash your hands frequently.

4) Avoid physical contact with others.

5) Limit travel.

6) Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.

7) Sneeze and cough with a tissue and throw it away.

8) Do not hoard and increase the price of masks and hand sanitizers.

WHO recommends using masks for people who have the flu and cough so they don't spread the virus.
