Ada beberapa cara/ variasi dalam menyampaikan greetings. Berikut contohnya:

– Good day/ afternoon/ evening.                          – Good day/ afternoon/evening

Introduction
Dalam perkenalan, biasanya seseorang akan menyampaikan dan menanyakan berbagai hal personal. Contoh:
Hello, I'm Francoise from Lille in France. I'm a student in Sorbonne University, Paris. I like reading and football. What about you?
atau saling menanyakan dan menjawab dalam sebuah dialog. Contoh: 
O: Hi, I'm Olena, from Russia.
V: Oh, hi, I'm Vlavia from Italy. How are you doing?
O: Just fine. So, are you a student too here?
V: No, not really, I'm actually a visiting professor.
O: Whoa, cool, I'm just a postgraduate student here. So, what do you teach?
V: Theoritical Physics, what about you?

Date & Time
Untuk tanggal, penyampaiannya dengan menggunakan ordinal, bukan angka biasa. Sedangkan untuk waktu, dengan menggunakan bilangan sesuai dengan yang terdapat di dalam bilangan jam.
Contoh; (date)
2nd (second) of November
1st (first) of May
3rd (third) of January
untuk bilangan 4-20 dan 24-30 menggunakan akhiran-th, seperti 4th of July, 12th of March, 26th of April.
untuk bilangan 21-23 dan 31 seperti ordinal 1, 2 dan 3, seperti 21st of June, 22nd of December, 23rd of October, 31st of September

– four o'clock (jam 4)
– four thirty (jam 4.30)
– four ten (jam 4.10)
– four forty five (jam 4.45)

Objects (things and shape)
Untuk deskripsi benda dan bentuk menggunakan present simple tense.
Contoh:
The ball is round.
The tent is cone-shaped.
The sandwich is triangle.
The bread is square.
