‌Definition, rules, condition dalam passive forms

-Passive voice is used when we want to emphasize the action (the verb) and the object of the sentence rather than subject.

-Passive voice formula:
1. Simple present tense
    S+Is/Am/Are+V3
2.Present continuous tense
    S+Is/Am/Are+Being+V3
3.Present perfect tense
    S+Have/Has+Been+V3
4.Simple past tense
    S+Was/Were+V3
5.Past continuous tense
    S+Was/Were+Being+V3
6.Past perfect tense
    S+Had+Been+V3
7.Simple future tense
    S+Will+Be+V3
8.Future continuous tense
    S+Will+Be+Being+V3
9.Future perfect tense
    S+Will+Have+Been+V3

-There is nothing about using the passive voice in conditional sentence. Just change your active sentence to passive in the same tense.
Example: Active->If you ask me, i will do it
                Passive-> If i am asked, it will be done
                 
                Active-> Someone killed twenty civilians in the bomb explosion
                Passive-> Twenty civilians were killed in the bomb explosion
