Definition of home remedy

A home remedy means preparing medication yourself by using common over-the-counter medicine (eg. Panadol) or sometimes you can make medicine by using traditional plants & herbs (eg. ginger, guava leaves, Curcuma). If you got fever do not drink Panadol , just put an ice pack and put it on your head.
