A. The picture above illustrates irresponsible person that throw away the waste to the road, not to the garbage dump. It makes an uncomfortable situation to the society because of the bad smells yet the view.

b. The waste will brought many bacteria and could affect our health such as diarrhea if we don't keep hygiene. Also the bad smells will disturb our activities because it is really uncomfortable.

c. what we need to do:
– throw the garbage to the bin/garbage dump.
– ask the society to clean those waste together so it will finished faster with the effort of many people.
– capture the irresponsible person because he has to pay what he have done.
