Staying at home is the best choice to spend time on holidays because we have to avoid contact with outsiders. I spent my time trying to acquire new skills last holiday. I didn't expect anything at first because my parents were still busy with their work. I was lying on my bed when suddenly an idea came to my mind. I bought some items from the online shop and they arrived safely. The items I bought were knitting needles and knitting yarn. I watched some knitting videos for beginners on the internet and I really wanted to try it myself. It was a bit confusing at first but I'm trying to get used to it. Then I found it really fun to do and I spent hours finishing the little stitches. I enjoyed my time knitting and my parents asked me what I was doing. I told them I was learning to knit and they were happy to see I was enjoying my time. I helped my mother cook since Christmas afternoon and then my parents and I had a nice dinner. We also did video calls with my grandparents. We're glad they all look healthy. The next day, I continued my knitting because I found it more and more interesting. I'm trying to knit a beanie because I don't have one. Sometimes, I also bake cookies or watch movies so I don't get bored. On New Years, my parents bought corn and beef because we had a backyard barbecue party at night. I also showed them my beanie and they were proud of me. I realized that maybe this year wasn't so bad because I discovered a new skill and I'm even more grateful that I still have the opportunity to spend a great time on my vacation.

Jawatan:The sound of the alarm wakes me up, I go to the salon then pray at dawn then take a shower and get dressed. Then I have breakfast and then go to school. I am very excited for school, even though the news of the Corona virus has spread throughout the country and even the world.

I hope my area is not affected by the Corona virus, but it turned out that when I attended the announcement ceremony the school was closed for 2 weeks and students had to study from home to prevent the spread of the Corona virus, it turned out that studying at home had been extended for an indefinite period.

While at home, I studied online and helped my parents with the work, such as sweeping, washing dishes, washing clothes, cleaning the house and others. At home I recite the Koran and murojaah my memorization, taking part in one juz one week activities that aim to make students study the Koran diligently.

I have a sister, while at home I also help my parents take care of my sister. My sister is 1.5 years old, son. My sister is very cute although sometimes annoying sometimes also acts funny to make anyone who sees her laugh too. When I was sweeping the yard, my sister was also sweeping the yard, my sister was also sweeping with her small broom even though she couldn't sweep.

The month of Ramadan has arrived, but the Corona virus has not gone away, as a result the class promotion exam is conducted online. I also took the online test for 1 week. After the online exam, report cards are distributed. Thank God I was in 8th grade. After the report cards were distributed, online learning was closed for several weeks.
