Generic Structure pada Descriptive Text adalah:

1. Identification: Memperkenalkan secara singkat apa yang akan di deskripsikan pada teks.

2. Description: Mendeskripsikan ciri-ciri benda/ orang/ hewan/ tanaman secara lebih detail.

Language Features pada Descriptive text:

1. use simple present tense

2. use spesific noun, such as my bicycle, my father's car, Borobudur Temple.

3. use adjective to describe the thing or noun.

4. only focus on one noun or object.
