clogged up by trashes that people litter and causes the rain's water got clogged so it stays on the road until its way too many water and makes people drown sometimes

4.Computer is a hardware where there were many devices inside that u receive from other people, you write,and you save. And its similiar with phone, but computer usually used for work and gaming. Usually computer comes with another hardware called CPU, without CPU, computer won't work.
