The characteristics of Pikelet are one of its sides is rough and green but the other side is soft with white colors. The Pikelet cake will be tastier if it's served with grated coconut poured with liquid palm sugar. Pikelet is one of traditional cake because it's mostly sold in countryside by peddlers, but now we can find it in some big cities. Some people said this cake is similar to Serabi cake. The difference lies on their taste although.
