I have an amazing tips to overcome boredom during this quarantine days. People at my age like to spend their time in a fun and easy way. But in my opinion, we can do a more productive things to spend this lonely day well. It's not only going to benefit me, but also the people around me. I usually wake up at 6 am and sleep early at 9 pm. I do this to keep maintaining my healthy body and eating habits. I workout in the early morning with my dog, we ran for about 1 kilometers every morning. This is also helps my dog to keep his muscles stronger. Then i like to spend my noon with helping my mom to clean the house, i do all the sweeping and mopping floor because i like to make my body keep moving. This also makes my mom's duty in home became easier because i helped her. Then i do something for my own sake, i am currently starting to learning dutch. This quarantine days is a great opportunity to gain our skills and knowledge. Then at night, i like to enjoy some free time by watching dutch movies. This also helps me to gain my skill in learning the dutch language. Sometimes, if my little sister need my help i do help her to solve her homeworks.

As for choosing the right activities, it's all depends on each person's interest. My friend who is excell in painting, keep practicing her skills by painting 3 times a week. The other one who likes to sing try to write her own songs using simple instrument. My older sister who is an employee also does her productive activity, she likes wearing make up. So she oftenly watches make up videos and keep practicing her eye make up skills everyday. My dad who is an athlete likes to keep his body fit, so he never skips any workout everyday. My mom who is an accountant likes to spend her free time by improving her sewing skills. My neighbour whom i always play with, now likes to do pottery. It's interesting how each people can enjoy their more free time by doing productive activities to gain new skills or improving their old skills. Make sure to use these time wisely and keep our body health. If we can keep our body healthy, i think it's easier to overcome our boredness too. There are many things we can do, by taking advantage of the advanced technology there's nothing that we can't do now.
