The function of opinion is to deliver opinion/something in mind. opinion based on what it is questioned. opinion can be position or negative, it depends on the speaker's perspective.
ex: what is your opinion about my english?
my opinion is you must practice (this opinion encourage people to improve and to gain pracitce ~ a positive opinion
ex: what do you think of math
i think math is difficult and we don't have to learn math (discourage opinion and it is negative opinion)
