1). I will take My son to the zoo next sunday. (simple future)
Passive : My son will be taken to the zoo by me next Sunday

Rumus passive simple future :
Subject + will + be + V3 + By… + Object/complement

2). Ida has asked me several questions. (Present perfect)
Passive : I have been asked several questions by Ida.

Rumus passive present perfect :
Subject + Have/Has + Been + V3 + By… + Object/complement
