Ingridients :
1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar
6 tablespoon flour
4 ripe bananas
Water
A pinch of salt
Vegetable Oil for Deep Frying

How to make ( step-step ) 
1. Place flour in a deep mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle of flour, add sugar, egg, and salt.
2. Add water little by little in the bowl. Whisk vigorously until batter is evenly smooth for coating.
3. Peel banana and cut in half lengthwise and then cut again with 4,5 inch width.
4. Dip into batter to coat generously.
5. Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer until moderately hot.
6. Place coated banana in the wok or deep fryer.
7. Fry slowly until golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove bananas from oil.
9. Serve while warm.
